Any agency of the united states government making funds available to the institute in accordance with this act shall make arrangements with the institute for the comptroller general of the united states to have access to the ; books and records of the institute and the opportunity to audit the operations of the institute 依本法律提供经费给该协会的美国政府各部门，应和该协会达成安排，让美国政府主计长得查阅该协会的帐册记录，并有机会查核该协会经费动用情形。
